Bounce – Bound – Rebound – バウンド・リバウンドする
A. ボールなど モノがバウンドしたり、跳ね返る時の 動詞は (bound でなく）Bounce を 用います。
□ bounce （球など）跳ねる
ex) Does temperature affect how high a tennis ball will bounce?
テニスのボールが どの位 高く跳ねるかに 気温は影響しますか？
bounce[bouns]: (of an object) move quickly up, back, or away from a surface after hitting it
ex) The ball bounced away and he chased it.
Bound は 人や動物が、跳ねるように 歩く・走る 時に 用います。
A Deer Bounds.
□ bound （人や動物）跳ねるように 歩く、走る
ex) She came bounding down the stairs.
彼女は 跳ねるように 階段を下りてきた
bound /ˈbaʊnd/: to move by jumping
ex) We saw three deer bound over the fence into the woods.
Bound は 名詞としても 使えます。
ex) I went up the steps in two effortless bounds.
階段を ２歩で ぴょんぴょんと 上がった
bound /ˈbaʊnd/: a leap or long jump
ex) He leapt over the puddle in/with a single bound.

vault /ˈvɑːlt/ : an arched structure of stone or concrete forming a ceiling or roof
ex) A vaulted ceiling slopes upward from both sides to form a peak.

ex) The ball ricocheted off the goalkeeper and into the net.
ボールはキーパーにぶつかり 跳ね返って ゴールに入った

ボールが跳ね返る時は – Rebound を使います。
□ bounce （モノ）バウンドする、跳ねる
ex) The ball bounced on the ground.
ボールが地面でバウンドした
ex) How high does a ball bounce?
どの位高くまで ボールはバウンドしますか？
bounce /ˈbaʊns/: to cause (a ball, rock, etc.) to hit against a surface and quickly move in a different and usually opposite direction
ex) He was bouncing a tennis ball against/off the garage door.
□ rebound 跳ね返る
ex) The ball rebounded off the wall.
ボールは 壁から 跳ね返りました
rebound /ˈriːˌbaʊnd/: to bounce back off something after hitting it
ex) The baseball rebounded off the wall.
A. Rebound を 名詞で使う時は： Rebound weight gain = 体重が（元に戻り） 増すこと。
Rebound を動詞で使う時は Rebound back を用いるとと 体重が（元に戻り） 増す の意味になります。
