A. Here it is. – Here you are. – Here you go. は 基本的に はい これです (Here is something you wanted. = あなたが 欲しい物を 渡します） と 相手に者を手渡しする際に 使う 決まり言葉です。
ただ、Here it is. – Here you are. が 機械的にものを渡すのに対し、Here you go. は、何か良い物 を渡す感じがします。 ですので、プレゼントを渡す時や、ウエーターが食事を運ぶときなどは Here you go. を使うのが 自然です。
