A. 　Finished と Done　は同じ意味として 置き換えることができます。

□ done 終える
ex) I’m done for the day.
一日の仕事を終えました
= I’m finished for the day.

done /ˈdʌn/: used to say that an activity, job, etc., has ended
ex) My work is never done. =finished, completed

微妙な違いは、 Done = 私はもうやらなくてよい。
Finished は （目的語の物や、事柄）が これ以上 「手を加えることは残っていない」の意味になります。

Done = 私中心、Finished = 対象物が中心 と覚えるとよいと思います。

また I’m finished. には 「一巻の終わり」の意味があり、この場合 Finish を Done に 置き換えることはできません。
